"I See Me" — Compassion Mug

It's a self-compassion reminder, part of Compassion — the skill of meeting yourself and others with understanding instead of judgment. You'll need it most on the hard days: the mistake, the sharp word, the morning nothing goes to plan. The practice is simple — come back to the moment, be kind to yourself, and begin again.

When to use it

• On the first sip, before the day takes over.
• Between things at work — the gap between one meeting or task and the next is the easiest moment to return to yourself.

How it's made
Your mug is printed only after you order it — made to order rather than in bulk, which avoids the overstock and waste of mass production. The design is bonded into the surface through dye-sublimation, so it won't crack, peel, or fade with daily use and washing. The ceramic blank is made in China and printed and shipped to order through Printful's production network, usually within a few business days.

We chose made-to-order production to avoid the waste of mass manufacturing. As the Sama Life collection grows, we're actively looking for more sustainable cups — and when we find a better one, we'll switch.
