A wearable expression of focus — designed by Dr. Shalini B Bahl, drawing on her fashion design background and an aesthetic rooted in Indian sacred art and Buddhist contemplative traditions. Where the symbol tees carry a single mark, the Mandala Tees carry an intricate pattern — a meditation made visible in cloth.
A mandala is itself a focusing object: the eye is drawn, ring by ring, toward the still center. And the elephants circling this one are no accident — in the contemplative traditions, the elephant is the image of the mind, wild at first and then trained, patiently, to steadiness. To wear it is to carry both the practice and its promise.
Focus is our capacity to zero in on what matters most, with a sense of ease rather than strain. It disrupts the pull of distraction by returning us, again and again, to what's important in this moment.
The Focus Mandala carries elephants and lotuses circling a quiet center, with the word focus at its heart. On the label, a QR code links to six guided micro-practices from Dr. Shalini B Bahl — short returns to what matters for the moments you feel scattered.
One tee, many lives: under a blazer for a day that needs your full attention, over leggings to practice, with denim for an evening out. The deep indigo and teal read differently in every light — striking enough to stand alone, considered enough to layer.
Three ways to let this tee bring you back:
— Return. Scan the label, choose a micro-practice, and name the one thing that matters most today.
— Listen. When the mandala draws your eye to its center, let it draw your attention there too — and set down what isn't important right now.
— Begin. Give your full attention to the one thing in front of you.
